A healthy and wholesome light lunch that tastes delicious on our Warburtons Gluten Free 300g Multiseed Loaf.


  • 4 slices of Warburtons Gluten Free 300g Multiseed Loaf
  • 1 tbs gluten free low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 large or 2 small poached or roasted salmon fillets
  • A handful of fresh baby watercress, washed
  • pinch of Freshly ground black pepper
  1. Spread the mayonnaise over two of the slices of bread.
  2. Flake the salmon into chunks and divide between the two slices, then arrange the watercress over the top.
  3. Season with black pepper then top with the remaining two slices.
