Perfect for breakfast, lunch or as a snack, topping our Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets with smashed avocado makes for an equally delicious and easy option. 


  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and de-stoned
  • 1/2 juice of lime
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  1. Place the avocado, chilli, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and mash with a fork to desired consistency. Set aside
  2. Toast crumpets in toaster for 2 minutes or until lightly browned
  3. Place smashed avocado mix on top of warm crumpets
  4. For a spicier taster, sprinkle with more chilli flakes on top to serve
