These grilled brie and cranberry gluten free crumpets will make a simple yet delicious treat this Christmas, sure to get you in the festive spirit.

2 Crumpets

  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
  • 20g Brie
  • 4 tsp Cranberry Sauce
  • Thyme to serve
  1. Preheat the grill then place your crumpets on a baking sheet and toast under the grill for 2 minutes until lightly brown.
  2. Remove them from the grill and spread 2 tsp of cranberry sauce on each.
  3. Arrange the slices of brie on top and place back under the grill for 2-4 minutes until all the cheese has melted.
  4. Remove from the grill and top with thyme to serve.
