2 Crumpets
Ingredients:
- 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
- Cream cheese
- Smoked salmon
- Lemon wedges
Method:
- Toast crumpets in toaster for 2 minutes or until lightly browned
- Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese over the crumpets
- Lay a slice of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese
- Squeeze over a wedge of lemon, sprinkle with parsley and serve
