Create pizzas with our Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets, topping with the classic combination of chicken and sweetcorn, for a savoury delight.

4 Crumpets
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
- 4 heaped tsp of passata
- 60g cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 120g grated dairy free cheese
- Tin of sweetcorn
- Sprig of thyme
- Black pepper
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees/180 fan
- Warm the crumpets for a minute and remove from the oven
- Spread a teaspoon of passata on each crumpet
- Divide chicken and sweetcorn between the crumpets
- Sprinkle cheese over the crumpets
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme and pepper to serve
