Create pizzas with our Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets, topping with the classic combination of chicken and sweetcorn, for a savoury delight.  

4 Crumpets

  • 1 pack of Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
  • 4 heaped tsp of passata
  • 60g cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 120g grated dairy free cheese
  • Tin of sweetcorn
  • Sprig of thyme
  • Black pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees/180 fan
  2. Warm the crumpets for a minute and remove from the oven
  3. Spread a teaspoon of passata on each crumpet
  4. Divide chicken and sweetcorn between the crumpets
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the crumpets
  6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted
  7. Sprinkle with fresh thyme and pepper to serve
