For a delicious meal, you can serve up our toasted Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets with scambled eggs and sliced sausages. 

Yield: 
2 Crumpets

Ingredients: 
  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 gluten free sausages
  • salt and pepper
  • chives to serve
Method: 
  1. Cook sausages as per pack instructions
  2. To make the scrambled eggs, break the eggs into a jug, add the milk and mix with a fork
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour in the eggs
  4. Cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until set, season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat. Set aside
  5. Toast crumpets in toaster for 2 minutes or until lightly browned
  6. Divide the scrambled egg over the crumpets and cut up the sausages to place on top
  7. Sprinkle with chopped chives to serve
