Delicious toasted nuts, a rich blend of spices and our seeded gluten free bread – what's not to love? Dukkah is a much loved delicacy in Egypt, and you'll soon see why.

Ingredients:
- 4 slices Warburtons Gluten Free Multiseed Farmhouse Loaf
- For the Dukkah
- 50g blanched almonds
- 50g blanched hazelnuts
- 50g sesame seeds
- 1-2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1-2 tsp coriander seeds
- ½ tsp dried chilli flakes
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Mixed olives and extra virgin olive oil to serve
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC/160ºC fan/Gas 4
- Spread the nuts on a baking tray and toast in the oven for 3 minutes. Add the cumin and coriander seeds and the chilli flakes and toast for a further 3 minutes. Tip onto a plate and set aside to cool.
- Spread the sesame seeds onto the same tray and toast for 5 minutes, then tip onto a separate plate to cool.
- Place the toasted nuts, cumin and coriander seeds and chilli mix (but not the sesame seeds) into a food processor with the salt, and whizz until finely ground (but not a powder). Tip into a bowl and stir in the sesame seeds and pepper.
- Arrange the bowl of Dukkah on a platter with bowls of olives and olive oil, and the bread cut into pieces. Dip the bread first into the oil then the Dukkah, and enjoy as a spicy starter or snack.
