Give the classic a posh and luxurious twist by using slices of our White Sourdough Cob, spinach and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
- Two slices of White Sourdough Cob
- 50g of cheese of your choice
- A handful of spinach
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Black Pepper to serve
Method:
- Pre heat the grill to medium heat
- Lightly toast the bread in a toaster
- Place the slices of cheese on top of the toast
- Add the spinach leaves
- Place under the grill, until cheese has melted
- Top with sliced tomatoes and black pepper
