Give your tuna sandwich a new twist by adding crème fraiche and herbs, and combining with crunchy sweetcorn and healthy mixed beans. Serve in our Warburtons Gluten Free Brown Farmhouse Loaf.

Ingredients:
- 4 slices of Warburtons Gluten Free Brown Farmhouse Loaf
- 1 tin of tuna steak in oil, drained
- 2 tbs tinned sweetcorn in water, drained
- 2 tbs tinned mixed beans in water, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbs crème fraiche
- A few sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped
- handful of fresh chives, chopped
Method:
- Empty the drained tuna steak into a bowl, and add the sweetcorn, beans, crème fraiche and herbs.
- Mix well, and divide evenly between two slices of gluten free brown bread. Top with the other two slices and serve.
