Ingredients: 
  • 6 Slices of Warburtons Gluten Free White Toastie
  • 6 Tbs of passata (or ready made pizza sauce / topping)
  • A pinch of oregano
  • A pinch of sea salt and black pepper
  • 2 Handfuls of grated mixed cheese (we like mozzarella and red cheddar mix)
  • Few cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Few slices of small pepperoni
  • Fresh red or green chilli, finely sliced
  • Few fresh basil leaves for garnish
Method: 
  1. Toast the bread lightly on both sides under the grill (or leave one side un-toasted if you prefer it softer under the topping)
  2. Add the oregano, salt and pepper to the passata and mix then spread a spoonful over each of the slices of toast. Top with a little cheese and spread evenly (don't add too much as it won't melt properly). Add your toppings.
  3. Turn the grill down to medium/low and cook the pizza toasts gently until the cheese is melted and golden. Scatter over the basil leaves and enjoy.
