We have teamed up with chef, author and culinary editor, Anna Barnett, to create five new bespoke recipes using our gluten free products, including our Tiger Bloomer, Crumpets and Multiseed Loaf.

Anna, who recently released the cookery book ‘How to be Gluten Free and Keep Your Friends’, has created five delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, showing how some of our gluten free products can be used as the hero component in exciting dishes that can be enjoyed across every mealtime occasion.

From a tasty brunch of waffles blitzed and soaked in succulent berries, to a comforting pasta dish in a mouth-watering buttered bread bowl for dinner with friends and family, the recipes showcase how meals can still be exciting and versatile when following a gluten free diet, and provide inspiration for how our products can be used creatively in the kitchen, beyond the everyday sandwich.

Chef, Author and Culinary Editor Anna Barnett said; “I had so much fun working with the Warburtons Gluten Free range on this project; I was already a big fan of the brand and its gluten free range. I have been using them for years as they are such high quality and delicious products. As the range is so versatile, it was super easy to create recipes for every mealtime occasion.

I particularly enjoyed working with the Gluten Free Tiger Bloomer; the Pasta Torte with buttered bread bowl that I created is easy to make and a real showstopper of a dish! You can also never go wrong with a deliciously and indulgently made croque madame or reworked crumpet for brunch. I hope that my recipes for Warburtons show that living a gluten free lifestyle doesn’t need to be restrictive or boring, and that gluten free products can be used in innovative ways.

I hope I have inspired both experienced and budding home cooks and bakers to try something new over the coming weeks, for themselves or friends and family to enjoy!”
