Method

🍎 Slice the peach and apple, removing any pips

🧈 Melt the butter and sauté the slices ‘til slightly brown then sprinkle over the cinnamon​

🍞 Lightly toast the roll​

🥑 Mash the avo and spread it over the rolls​

🍑 Top with cottage cheese and the caramalised fruit slices​

🍯 Drizzle with honey and devour​
