You will need

  • 4 Warburtons GF Soft White Rolls
  • 200g milk chocolate ​
  • 200g mini marshmallows​
  • 45g butter (for toasting bread rolls)​
  • 1 tsp cinnamon​
  • 1 tsp brown sugar ​
  • 60g mixed summer berries​
  • Frylight

Method

⏱️ Preheat the oven to 175°C​

🧈 Melt your butter in the microwave and stir in brown sugar and cinnamon​

🍞 Split your bread rolls down the middle and lay them on a baking sheet, brush with the butter mixture and toast in the oven for 12-15 minutes until they’re nice and crispy​

💨 Let them cool for 5 then cut each piece in half so you’ve got 16 rectangles​

🍫 Get your chocolate all melty in the microwave for 30-seconds at a time, stirring in between, until it’s all smooth​

🤌 Spray a 25x18cm baking dish with frylight then layer half your bread, a good drizzle of chocolate, and half your marshmallows​

🍬 Bake for 3 minutes until the marshmallows start to puff up a bit, then repeat the last step and top it all off with the rest of your chocolate and marshmallows​

🔥 Bake for another 5 minutes then make it look all posh with an extra drizzle chocolate, marshmallows, and berries​

❄️ Pop in the fridge to chill for an hour, cut into squares, and tuck in!​
