Method
🔥 Preheat the oven to 200°C.​
🥓 Cook your bacon on a baking sheet for about 12-14 minutes until it’s brown and a bit crispy. Let it cool slightly, cut into little cubes, and save them for later​
🧅 Heat a little oil in a pan on medium high and chuck in your peppers and onions for 5 minutes until they start to go soft​
🍗 Add chicken strips, BBQ seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook for 5-8 minutes more to get the chicken properly cooked through, then stir in your BBQ sauce and give it all a good mix​
🍴Grab two forks and use them to gently pull apart your chicken strips to get that nice pulled effect​
🍞 Lay out two halved baps on a baking sheet and top each one with a decent scoop of chicken mixture, bacon, and grated cheese​
👅 Bake for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted, add a bit more BBQ sauce, and enjoy!​
