  • 2 GF Soft White Pittas
  • Handful of pistachios
  • 1 tub of cottage cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Honey, to serve
  • Parsley, to garnish

Method

💚 Toast and chop your pistachios, then set them aside for later ​

🔥 Sizzle your pittas on the griddle until lovely and charred, then pop them under a clean tea towel ​

🌪️ Put the cottage cheese in the food processor and give it a whizz on high for 30 seconds ​

🫒 Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and blend until it’s proper creamy ​

🍽️ Pop it in a nice bowl or spread it on a plate ​

✨ Drizzle on some honey then add your pistachios and herbs ​

😋 Cut your pitta into some lovely triangles and serve!
