Method
🥑 Prep your salad stuff and finely chop a red onion, 2 big tomatoes, 100g cucumber and an avocado.
🥬 Shred up a little gem lettuce and add it to your nice big bowl of veg.
🥣 Next, glug 15ml olive oil into a bowl with a 200g tub of hummus and mix it together, then whack it on top of your salad and give it a good stir.
🥙 Get 4 of our Gluten Free Soft Pittas, open them and Stuff with your hummus-y salad and enjoy. Lunch, done
