A healthy and wholesome light lunch that tastes delicious on our Warburtons Gluten Free 300g Multiseed Loaf.

Ingredients:
- 4 slices of Warburtons Gluten Free 300g Multiseed Loaf
- 1 tbs gluten free low fat mayonnaise
- 1 large or 2 small poached or roasted salmon fillets
- A handful of fresh baby watercress, washed
- pinch of Freshly ground black pepper
Method:
- Spread the mayonnaise over two of the slices of bread.
- Flake the salmon into chunks and divide between the two slices, then arrange the watercress over the top.
- Season with black pepper then top with the remaining two slices.
