Follow this recipe using our Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets for the perfect veggie breakfast. 

Yield: 
2 Crumpets

Ingredients: 
  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3-4 button mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tsp light olive oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Salt and pepper
Method: 
  1. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and cook the onion for 2 minutes
  2. Add the tomatoes and mushrooms to the pan and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Toast the crumpets in a toaster for 2 minutes or until lightly browned
  4. Spoon the vegetables over the crumpets and sprinkle with ground black pepper to serve
