Follow this recipe using our Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets for the perfect veggie breakfast.
Yield:
2 Crumpets
Ingredients:
- 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 3-4 cherry tomatoes halved
- 3-4 button mushrooms sliced
- 1 tsp light olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and cook the onion for 2 minutes
- Add the tomatoes and mushrooms to the pan and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper
- Toast the crumpets in a toaster for 2 minutes or until lightly browned
- Spoon the vegetables over the crumpets and sprinkle with ground black pepper to serve
