Classic fajita recipe with a gluten free spicy seasoning.

  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free White Wraps
  • 1 tbs low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 Chicken breast - thinly sliced
  • ½ a red pepper - finely chopped
  • ½ a green pepper - finely chopped
  • ½ yellow pepper - finely chopped
  • ½ red onion - finely chopped
  • 1 Gluten free spicy seasoning
  • 1 Olive oil
  1. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and add the thinly sliced chicken breast, cook thoroughly until golden brown.
  2. Add the finely chopped red, green and yellow peppers and the red onion and continue frying for 2 - 3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle over a little of the gluten free spicy seasoning.
  4. Place the Warburtons Gluten Free Wraps smooth side up, divide mixture equally and arrange across the centre of each Wrap, fold and serve immediately.
  5. Choose a gluten-free salsa, guacamole or sour cream dip, and enjoy!
