Give the classic a posh and luxurious twist by using slices of our White Sourdough Cob, spinach and tomatoes.

  • Two slices of White Sourdough Cob
  • 50g of cheese of your choice
  • A handful of spinach
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Black Pepper to serve
  1. Pre heat the grill to medium heat
  2. Lightly toast the bread in a toaster
  3. Place the slices of cheese on top of the toast
  4. Add the spinach leaves
  5. Place under the grill, until cheese has melted
  6. Top with sliced tomatoes and black pepper
