We've used our Warburtons Gluten Free White Sandwich Thins to create this alternative pizza, perfect for a winter lunchtime treat.



  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free White Sandwich Thins
  • 4 tsp pizza topping.
  • 2 handfuls rocket.
  • 8 slices prosciutto ham
  • 100g grated cheddar
  • 10ml sunflower oil
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 2 fresh figs, cut into eighths
  • 4 tbsps white wine vinegar
  • 35g dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Handful rocket
  1. To make the chutney heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat. Sautee the onion for 2-3mins.
  2. Add the vinegar, sugar and water and simmer for a further 5mins.
  3. Stir in the figs and heat through for another 2mins.
  4. Spread the thins with the pizza topper, sprinkle with rocket, arrange the ham, chutney and cheddar on the thin and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
  5. Top with rocket and serve.
