We've used our Warburtons Gluten Free White Sandwich Thins to create this alternative pizza, perfect for a winter lunchtime treat.

Ingredients:
- 2 Warburtons Gluten Free White Sandwich Thins
- 4 tsp pizza topping.
- 2 handfuls rocket.
- 8 slices prosciutto ham
- 100g grated cheddar
- 10ml sunflower oil
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 2 fresh figs, cut into eighths
- 4 tbsps white wine vinegar
- 35g dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- Handful rocket
Method:
- To make the chutney heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat. Sautee the onion for 2-3mins.
- Add the vinegar, sugar and water and simmer for a further 5mins.
- Stir in the figs and heat through for another 2mins.
- Spread the thins with the pizza topper, sprinkle with rocket, arrange the ham, chutney and cheddar on the thin and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Top with rocket and serve.
