• 2 Warburtons Gluten Free High Protein Wraps
  • 1 tsp gluten free wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tsp gluten free mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Emmental cheese
  • 6 slices Pastrami
  • ½ small red onion, finely sliced
  • few cornichons or a small gherkin, sliced
  • large handful lambs lettuce or other salad leaves
  1. Mix the mustard with the mayonnaise in a small bowl then spread over the wraps
  2. Lay over the cheese then the pastrami. Scatter over the onion and the cornichons then the lettuce
  3. Roll up, tucking in the ends as you go, then cut each wrap in half before serving
