A spoonful of houmous, fresh spinach and grated carrot for a quick and tasty lunch.

Ingredients:
- 2 Warburtons Gluten Free High Protein Wraps
- Spoonful of houmous
- 1 large carrot, peeled
- 1tbs mixed seeds (such as sesame, linseed, sunflower)
- 1tsp extra virgin olive oil
- Squeeze lemon juice
- Pinch of salt and ground black pepper
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach, washed and drained on kitchen paper
Method:
- Grate the carrot into a small bowl and stir in the mixed seeds, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper
- Spread the houmous onto the wraps
- Place the spinach leaves on top of the houmous then spoon over the carrot salad, make sure everything is evenly distributed
- Carefully roll the wrap, cut in half and serve for a tasty, super-delicious lunch.
