A spoonful of houmous, fresh spinach and grated carrot for a quick and tasty lunch.


  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free High Protein Wraps
  • Spoonful of houmous
  • 1 large carrot, peeled
  • 1tbs mixed seeds (such as sesame, linseed, sunflower)
  • 1tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Squeeze lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach, washed and drained on kitchen paper
  1. Grate the carrot into a small bowl and stir in the mixed seeds, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper
  2. Spread the houmous onto the wraps
  3. Place the spinach leaves on top of the houmous then spoon over the carrot salad, make sure everything is evenly distributed
  4. Carefully roll the wrap, cut in half and serve for a tasty, super-delicious lunch.
