  • 1 Warburtons Gluten Free Brown Farmhouse Loaf
  • 1 Smoked mackerel pâté
  • 1 Fresh chopped chives
  1. To make the melba toast, simply preheat the grill to high and toast a slice of Warburtons Gluten Free brown bread lightly on both sides.
  2. Once browned, cut off the crusts, then holding the toast flat, slide the knife between the toasted edges to split into two thin slices.
  3. Toast under the grill, untoasted sides uppermost, until golden and the edges curl. Serve warm, smothered with smoked mackerel pâté and fresh chopped chives.
