Our Multiseed Farmhouse Loaf goes beautifully with cold deli meats, nutty swiss cheese and gherkins, to make this American style club sandwich. A real deli treat!

Ingredients: 
  • 6 slices of Warburtons Gluten Free Multiseed Farmhouse Loaf
  • 2 tsp gluten free mayonnaise
  • 4 slices of pastrami or roast beef
  • 4 gherkins, sliced
  • 4 large slices of swiss cheese such as Emmental
  • 2 ripe vine tomatoes, sliced
Method: 
  1. Spread two slices of the gluten free multiseed bread with 1 tsp of the mayonnaise, and top with the pastrami or beef. Add the sliced gherkins.
  2. Top each with a second slice of bread, and then add the cheese and the sliced tomatoes.
  3. Spread the last two slices of bread with the remaining mayonnaise, and place on the top of the sandwiches.
