Our Multiseed Farmhouse Loaf goes beautifully with cold deli meats, nutty swiss cheese and gherkins, to make this American style club sandwich. A real deli treat!

Ingredients:
- 6 slices of Warburtons Gluten Free Multiseed Farmhouse Loaf
- 2 tsp gluten free mayonnaise
- 4 slices of pastrami or roast beef
- 4 gherkins, sliced
- 4 large slices of swiss cheese such as Emmental
- 2 ripe vine tomatoes, sliced
Method:
- Spread two slices of the gluten free multiseed bread with 1 tsp of the mayonnaise, and top with the pastrami or beef. Add the sliced gherkins.
- Top each with a second slice of bread, and then add the cheese and the sliced tomatoes.
- Spread the last two slices of bread with the remaining mayonnaise, and place on the top of the sandwiches.
