Enjoy a taste of Spanish cuisine in this gluten free sandwich, with creamy Manchego cheese and warm Chorizo perfectly offset by toasted gluten free multiseed bread.

Ingredients: 
  • 4 slices of Warburtons Gluten Free Multiseed Farmhouse Loaf
  • 150g gluten free Chorizo sausage, from a ring or a sausage
  • 6 Sunblush tomatoes (from a tub or jar in oil), finely chopped
  • A handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 8 slices of Manchego cheese kalamata olives, halved
Method: 
  1. Lightly toast the gluten free multiseed bread on both sides.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the gluten free Chorizo and fry it for 2-3 minutes, until hot and starting to brown a little.
  3. Spread the chopped Sunblush tomatoes onto the two slices of toast. Add the spinach leaves, and then the Manchego cheese.
  4. Place the hot chorizo slices onto the cheese, and top with the remaining toast. Serve warm.
