Give your tuna sandwich a new twist by adding crème fraiche and herbs, and combining with crunchy sweetcorn and healthy mixed beans. Serve in our Warburtons Gluten Free Brown Farmhouse Loaf.

Ingredients: 
  • 4 slices of Warburtons Gluten Free Brown Farmhouse Loaf
  • 1 tin of tuna steak in oil, drained
  • 2 tbs tinned sweetcorn in water, drained
  • 2 tbs tinned mixed beans in water, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbs crème fraiche
  • A few sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped
  • handful of fresh chives, chopped
Method: 
  1. Empty the drained tuna steak into a bowl, and add the sweetcorn, beans, crème fraiche and herbs.
  2. Mix well, and divide evenly between two slices of gluten free brown bread. Top with the other two slices and serve.
