For a quick, easy and delicious treat, top our White Sandwich Thins with homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil to make mini gluten free pizzas.

  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free White Sandwich Thins
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 350g passata or crushed tomatoes
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1 Freshly ground black pepper
  • 150g diced mozzarella
  • 1 Fresh basil leaves to garnish
  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/150°C fan/Gas 3
  2. Gently fry the garlic in the olive oil for two minutes, then add the passata/crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened slightly.
  3. Place the White Sandwich Thins on a baking tray.
  4. Spread a spoonful of sauce over each of the thins, and then scatter with the mozzarella.
  5. Cook in the oven for ten minutes until the cheese is melted and golden. Scatter over a few fresh basil leaves before serving.
