Our gluten free soft sandwich thins are the perfect accompaniment to succulent smoked salmon and tiger prawns on this fresh and tasty platter. We recommend toasting the thins to give a different texture to the soft salmon. 

Ingredients: 
  • 2-3 Warburtons Gluten Free White Sandwich Thins
  • 1 small (100/120g) pack of smoked salmon
  • 1 small pack of cooked tiger prawns
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • A few fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1tbs Crème Fraiche
Method: 
  1. Lightly toast the Warburtons Gluten Free White Sandwich Thins on both sides.
  2. Meanwhile, arrange the smoked salmon onto a platter and season with the freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Mix the prawns with the chives and a squeeze of lemon juice in a small bowl, then arrange on the platter.
  4. Add the toasted Thins to the platter, and serve with lemon wedges and crème fraiche on the side.
