Take a few slices of your favourite salami, and combine it with a sweet and nutty Swiss cheese, add the optional tomato or jalapeno sides and fill it all into our soft gluten free White Farmhouse or 300g Loaf. A simple, easy and a tasty weekday lunch option.


  • 4 slices of Warburtons Gluten Free White Farmhouse or 300g Loaf
  • 8 thin slices of Emmental cheese
  • 8-10 slices of your favourite salami such as Milano, Napoli or German peppered
  • A few green jalapenos from a jar (optional)
  • 1 large ripe tomato, sliced (optional)
  1. Divide the cheese and salami evenly between two slices of the gluten free bread.
  2. Add a few jalapenos for a kick of heat, or if you prefer a milder sandwich, add a few slices of ripe tomato instead.
  3. Top with the remaining bread, and cut in half before serving.
