Who doesn't love a pizza, especially when it's on a pitta bread! Perfect for sharing...or not...

Ingredients:
- 6 Warburtons Gluten Free Pittas
- 1 tin crushed tomatoes / polpa
- 1 tsp tomato puree
- Pinch salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Mozzarella - 1 bag grated or 2 balls fresh, chopped
- Toppings of your choice such as pepperoni and sliced fresh chillies, ham with sweety drop peppers and fresh basil, or red onion with sliced peppers, olives and pesto
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180oC
- In a bowl mix together the crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, salt, pepper and oregano. Prepare all your toppings
- Place the pittas onto two baking trays. Spread a little tomato sauce over each one then scatter over the mozzarella. Add your toppings (keep the fresh basil and pesto to add after cooking).
- Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to turn golden
