Ingredients:
- 2 slices Warburtons Gluten Free White Toastie
- 2 tbs peanut butter, or nut butter of your choice
- 1 banana, sliced
- Handful blueberries
- Few whole hazelnuts (preferably with skin on), roughly chopped
- 1-2 tsp runny honey
Method:
- Toast the Warburtons Gluten Free bread on both sides then spread with the peanut butter while still warm
- Slice the banana and divide between the two slices, then add the blueberries. Scatter with the chopped nuts and drizzle with a little honey.
