Ingredients:
- 2 Warburtons Gluten Free High Protein Wraps
- 1 tsp gluten free wholegrain mustard
- 2 tsp gluten free mayonnaise
- 4 slices Emmental cheese
- 6 slices Pastrami
- ½ small red onion, finely sliced
- few cornichons or a small gherkin, sliced
- large handful lambs lettuce or other salad leaves
Method:
- Mix the mustard with the mayonnaise in a small bowl then spread over the wraps
- Lay over the cheese then the pastrami. Scatter over the onion and the cornichons then the lettuce
- Roll up, tucking in the ends as you go, then cut each wrap in half before serving
