Yield:
For 2 crumpets
Ingredients:
- 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt
- Large handful raspberries
- Few blueberries
- Few blackberries
- Few extra raspberries
- Drizzle of honey
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
Method:
- Spoon yogurt into bowl and stir in most of raspberries, squashing a few to release the colour and flavour
- Spoon onto toasted crumpets then top with the extra berries
- Drizzle with a little honey and garnish with a sprig of mint
