For a fresh-tasting breakfast, you can top our toasted Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets with yogurt and berries, finishing off with a drizzle of honey and sprigs of mint. 

For 2 crumpets

  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • Large handful raspberries
  • Few blueberries
  • Few blackberries
  • Few extra raspberries
  • Drizzle of honey
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  1. Spoon yogurt into bowl and stir in most of raspberries, squashing a few to release the colour and flavour
  2. Spoon onto toasted crumpets then top with the extra berries
  3. Drizzle with a little honey and garnish with a sprig of mint
