Ingredients:
- 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and de-stoned
- 1/2 juice of lime
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Method:
- Place the avocado, chilli, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and mash with a fork to desired consistency. Set aside
- Toast crumpets in toaster for 2 minutes or until lightly browned
- Place smashed avocado mix on top of warm crumpets
- For a spicier taster, sprinkle with more chilli flakes on top to serve
