Both fruity and sweet, topping our Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets with mascarpone and pineapple makes for a tasty snack. 

Yield: 
2 crumpets

Ingredients: 
  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
  • 2 tbs mascarpone cheese
  • 2 slices fresh pineapple
  • 1 tsp demerara sugar
Method: 
  1. Preheat grill
  2. Toast crumpets then spread with mascarpone, not quite to edge
  3. Top with slice of pineapple, sprinkle with demerara sugar
  4. Pop under grill few minutes until sugar starts to caramelise
