Turn your Warburtons Gluten Free Wrap into a quick and easy Chargrilled Chicken Pizza.

Ingredients: 
  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Wraps
  • 1 Tomato Puree
  • 1 Cooked Chicken
  • 1 Chargrilled Aubergines, Red and Yellow Peppers
  • 1 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Mozzarella Cheese
  • pinch Mixed Herbs
  • handful of Rocket Leaves
Method: 
  1. Spread a thin layer of tomato puree, or pasata if you prefer, onto a Warburtons Gluten FreeWrap
  2. Top with cooked chicken, chargrilled vegetables, lots of mozzarella cheese and mixed herbs
  3. Cook in a pre heated oven (200oC/400oF/Gas Mark 6) for 8-12 minutes
  4. Garnish with rocket leaves, if desired, and serve.
