2 Crumpets
Ingredients:
- 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Crumpets
- 20g Brie
- 4 tsp Cranberry Sauce
- Thyme to serve
Method:
- Preheat the grill then place your crumpets on a baking sheet and toast under the grill for 2 minutes until lightly brown.
- Remove them from the grill and spread 2 tsp of cranberry sauce on each.
- Arrange the slices of brie on top and place back under the grill for 2-4 minutes until all the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the grill and top with thyme to serve.
