Fill our gluten free White Sandwich Thins with your favourite jam for the perfect sweet treat. Great to make for yourself in the morning or afternoon, or even put a smile on someone's face and make it for them.

Ingredients: 
  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free White Sandwich Thins
  • 1 tsp butter, optional
  • 2 tbs Strawberry or Raspberry jam
  • 2 tbs Strawberry or Raspberry jam
  • 1 tsp icing sugar, for dusting
  • Handful fresh strawberries
Method: 
  1. Butter the bottom half of each of the two thins, if desired. Spread with the jam.
  2. Use a medium sized heart cutter to stamp out a heart shape from the centre of each of the two Thin tops and keep the hearts. Take the heart shaped pieces of bread and use a smaller heart cutter to make a smaller heart shape from these.
  3. Place the Thin tops on top of the jam then place the little heart shaped pieces in the middle, pressing down gently but taking care that the jam doesn't come over the edges. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with fresh strawberries.
