How we make our artisan loaves
Have you ever wondered how gluten free bread is made? At our dedicated bakery in Newburn, we have a specialist team of bakers who create our artisan loaves.
Ingredients are carefully selected and mixed to form a dough. The gluten free dough is kneaded and shaped into cobs, or divided up into tins or bannetons.
Each loaf is proved and then placed onto a tray and baked to a golden brown perfection, they are left to cool before being hand-packed and sealed, ready to be enjoyed by you.
