Ingredients:
- 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Multiseed Sandwich Thins
- 1 small carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 small carrot, peeled and grated
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 tsp of crème fraiche
- 1 tsp mixed seeds (such as sunflower, sesame, or linseed)
Method:
- Place the drained tuna steak in a bowl with the grated carrot, and squeeze over the lemon juice. Stir in the crème fraiche.
- Fill the Multiseed Sandwich Thins with the tuna mixture, sprinkling over the seeds before adding the tops of the thins.
