Ingredients: 
  • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Multiseed Sandwich Thins
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and grated
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • 2 tsp of crème fraiche
  • 1 tsp mixed seeds (such as sunflower, sesame, or linseed)
Method: 
  1. Place the drained tuna steak in a bowl with the grated carrot, and squeeze over the lemon juice. Stir in the crème fraiche.
  2. Fill the Multiseed Sandwich Thins with the tuna mixture, sprinkling over the seeds before adding the tops of the thins.
