Peppery watercress and radish, perfectly offset the egg and mayonnaise in this sandwich recipe. We think it is best using our Warburtons Gluten Free Multiseed Farmhouse Loaf to give the sandwich added taste and texture.

Ingredients: 
  • 4 slices of Warburtons Gluten Free Multiseed Farmhouse Loaf
  • 1 tbs gluten free mayonnaise
  • A few fresh chives, snipped
  • A handful of baby watercress, washed and drained on kitchen paper
  • 2 Free range eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1 radish, finely sliced
Method: 
  1. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the snipped chives and sliced spring onion. Spread a little on each slice of seeded bread.
  2. Divide the watercress between the two slices of bread. Slice the hard-boiled eggs, and arrange over the watercress. Scatter over the spring onions and sliced radishes, then top with the remaining two slices of gluten free seeded bread.
